Will Unforgiveness Stop You From Getting Into To Heaven? Yes
Mark 11: 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
This is one of the most important lessons you will ever read and you want to pay very close attention to it, because if you don’t understand and do what the words of God say to do about forgiveness, it will stop you from entering the Kingdom of Heaven.
I fully know that this is a very powerful statement to make about God’s living words and I know many will try to contest it, but if you believe the living words of God in the Bible, I hope God’s words will speak to your heart, mind and soul the real and only truth, which I will be sharing with you.
Joshua 1:8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
The above Bible scripture is such a key verse that will help us all to know, understand and do what the entire living words of God say for us to do, so that we know what it really takes on our behalf to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Many Christian people still don’t fully understand the true power of God’s forgiveness and what it did for us, what it can do for us and what it will do to us if we choose not to forgive.
Matthew 6:14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Matthew 6:15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
God the Father is Pure and Holy and will not tolerate any impure hearts or sins in Heaven in His presence. Do you think for a moment that there are people in Heaven right now that are still holding grudges towards someone, because of unforgiveness they had towards that person? I hope you said no, because unforgiveness is a sin, that you and only you have the almighty power to conquer it through the Holy Spirit that lives inside you, because of Jesus redeeming us by shedding His precious blood on the cross at Calvary for all of our sins.
1 Peter 1:13-16 Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed. As obedient children, do not conform to the evil desires you had when you lived in ignorance. But just as he who called you is holy, so be holy in all you do; for it is written: “Be holy, because I am holy.”
That’s why Jesus’ livings words in the Bible say many times, that we should forgive other people when they sin against us, so our Heavenly Father will also forgive us. If we don’t our Father in Heaven will not forgive us and we will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven with the sin of unforgiveness.
So who do you need to forgive today? I choose to forgive everyone including myself.
